Spring in NYC

If you've never been to NYC in the Spring, you are missing out. Central Park truly comes alive and you can just feel the stress of winter melting off the shoulders of New Yorkers as they breathe in that fresh Spring air.

As someone who lived in the city for 15 years (an honorary New Yorker) I can say that there is nothing that compares to Spring in NYC. While I no longer live full time in the city, I do get to travel two or three times per year in the Spring and Fall capturing many families including some that I've known for many years. Getting to see and document your children grow year after year is one of the best parts of my job, and this family was no exception.

I first met Bridget when her oldest was about one. Right away we hit it off and I was happy to find out that we lived in the same neighborhood- Harlem!

We shared several sessions over the years, including birthdays and other milestones, but most notably - Spring sessions!

I was excited when she contacted me again this year to capture her two sweet girls in one of the most beautiful parts of Central Park - just 9 blocks from my old stomping grounds. - the Conservatory Garden.
